it fits on 1.8, 2.0 and 2.2 EW citroen and peugeot engines...

It's from a Dutch company called DP Engineering - http://www.dp-engineering.nl/EN/index.php

This is their Peugeot 206 Gti turbo project...

Project specs

Car: Peugeot 206 GTi

Engine: 1997 cc 16v (EW10J4)

Turbo: Garrett GT25/40

Management: VEMS 3.3

Exhaust Manifold:

DP-Engineering stainless 'Welders Nightmare EW'

Injectors: Delphi 788 cc

Clutch: Sachs sintered multi puck

Misc.: DP-Engineering 9.2 : 1 decompression package

Power:

Flywheel power @ 170 kPa;
287 hp @ 5245 rpm
441 nm @ 4397 rpm

Top end power loss due to stock component restrictions; to be continued

it sort of does i suppose, but slows it down so that the ones that would flow quicker flow at the same rate as all the others. which inturn is better for performance. think this is the principal anyway. doubt im bang on but sure its somewhere along thme lines

But having all of the headers the same length is more beneficial. It's quite complicated, you could read something on manifold design if you are interested Think there is some stuff on Wikipedia.
