I think we're talking before indicators where even lights - very old.

Any you've seen on here are either illegal on cars OR at a show etc.

No requirement in Birmingham people with 53 plate black BMW's have them

Don't know how the hell they get away with it TBH

Just noticed quite a few 16i's have black plates. Only really old style pre A reg models though.

i got away with it for 3 weeks

2 weeks - warning

Turbo's gonna get one anyway.
