I have just fitted new clear headlights but i cannot adjust them now from inside so i was wondering if they will pass an MOT or will the adjustament be out?

The lights will pass an MOT as long as the tester can adjust the actual unit. The adjustment in the car is nothing to do with MOT.

Also, are the lights RHD lights? If not, it's an MOT fail.
