Some of you will have seen this, some won't.
Basically, a tuning company called BSR in Sweden have built a 450bhp 4wd Focus ST, without much effort.
As it's a Volvo engine, the tuning priciples were already known, so the power was easy (using bits from the volvo parts bin)
Also, as Ford and Volvo share floorpans, the new Focus is the same underneath as the S60R (which is 4wd), so all they had to do, was bolt it all on.
Then they decided to run it on E85 Ethanol/Petrol mix, which burns cleaner, and better, making more power and being better for the environment.
Anyway, there's not that many great pics about on the net, only a few shots from the Performance Ford mag feature this month, and here they are...

So, considering it was built using parts bin stuff, it's fairly impressive, probably goes pretty well too, and might point towards Ford's forward thinking with the Focus, in preparation for a decent 4wd 'RS' model in the near future?

Well, we can hope
At least it's easier for tuners now, without having to cut and weld a Sierra floorpan in.
And it's Haldex stuff, so it's never going to break, which is nice.
Would have been better with less doors though.
