BAD start to today
Bathroom is getting decorated, a brand new rather large, heavy wooden framed mirror arrived from Next yesterday. I decided to unpack it this morning cos there was no mirror in the bathroom. I jammed it on top of the wash hand basin behind the taps, turned my back for 2 secs and..................................... well it fell SMASHED!!! Mums not in, don't think I'll survive to see the New Year in when she gets back
Can you buy mirrored glass from glaziers, if not any idea where I'd get some?

It was an accident, she'll understand
Its happened now, you can't turn back time, and she will notice if you try to replace it.

It was in the Next sale reduced from £40 to £20, I've just looked at next online they've none left
Its not the cost, its the fact she wanted the bathroom finished for NY, she's away just now to buy a wooden storage unit to match it

That won't be a cheap option though .
Best off saying sorry, it was an accident.

by the sounds of it, replacement glass would be more expensive than the original price. it'll be reet, just go and find her a nice one and she wont mind because you've gone to the trouble
