rustyarches - im still speaking to the post office about compensation. apparently u need to go into your local post office and explain whats happened and they should be able to give u an answer. there wouldnt be much point in me sending out another frame incase that gets broken also. i can send out another if you require but i cant garuentee that are lovely postal service wont break this one also.

try wrapping them in something, bubble wrap, kitchen roll, toilet roll even

might help you out a bit
