I have Janspeed on the C, the welds are crap.

Piper are good, but loud, Magnex are quieter and as good.

I'd get Blueflame to make me one though TBH.

see scorpian would be on there, but im getting it from my work and we dont deal with them sooooo hence this list
im leaning towards magnex and janspeed for the reason they are made in this country and ive dealt with both before, plus my manifold is janspeed

i would say piper, as there usually well built...with a nice tone.

scorpian have a history of blowing out the sound deadening, and baffle problems (as mine has)

and powerflow use a shit grade of steel (the plymouth branch did anyway)

they fit them.........it means people dont have to get on the floor and crawl around, or book in into a garage..

it also depends on who's making the system, if he has a good eye for silencer placement and pipe dia,...and is tallented with a tig torch, then yeh go for a powerflow
