Can't believe people are saying because its barely noticable its fine. They are supposed to be brand new, no marks no scuffs. Probably got marked fitting tyres, but your more than in your rights to demand a replacement.

Why should'nt he steve, if you bought a tshirt with a small rip in it would you keep it or take it back? I'd send it back if I ordered brand new wheels.
