Right my gsi needs a fair bit of welding underneath, is burning oil and has a big dent in a rear qaurter.
On the plus side it has an immaculate interior, although the engine is burning a little oil it is new with only 10k on it and the car has a few new parts on it.
Im getting a new car in may time as thats when my insurance is up on it, im jus undecided what to do with the gsi. Do i....
1. Trade it in or sell it and get fook all back for what i payed for it
2. Strip it for spares and get as much money as i can out of it
3. Keep the engine and sort out the burning oil and sell everything else as ive always wanted a track car and could use the engine in something like a nova at a later date.
4. Or possibly keep the whole car, strip it, sort the engine and the rust and track it...

Why not fix the panel, sort the welding and sort the oil burning?
But if the welding is gonna cost a lot, tear it apart and sell off as spares.
