me and my bro are buying a house together. we went to see a mortgage advisor last week and we have had the mortgage coditionally approved for £176k

so we booked a couple of viewings second one we looked at was this

we both loved it just like walking into a brand new house

we made an offer and it was accepted

just gott get the mortgage fully sorted now

just gave him the asking price as it is quite cheap for what has been done

its worth at least 127k but the guy got it cheap so put it on the market cheap just so it would sell

we get on well so seemed a good idea

got the mortgage sorted today should be in there by february.

all this took less than a week
