Ok, here it is - I've got a LOT of drinking to do.

Thursday afternoon / evening - Works X-mas Lunch / Night Out
Friday - Night Out for my mates birds 21st Birthday
Saturday - Night Out for my own Birthday
Sunday - Night Out cause I'm not working on Monday

So, how can I best prepare my body for the stress Im about to put it though. I don't want to get totally fucko'd every night but still want a drink.

Lots of water, not drinking too much - anything else?

After each night, drink a pint of water and take paracetamol. Not much else you can do as hangovers are basically due to dehydration. God speed to you though mate

Alcohol is the diuretic, not just vodka. If you drink anything with a % on the label you will need to piss.

Get some milk thistle and take them the day before and every day during your drinking, will keep your liver in better condition aswell as minimise hangover.

yeah lee_wee is correct, came back form tenerife 2 weeks ago where we was drining non stop beer from 12noon to 7am nxt day, its best to drink steadily and constantly otherwise when u come off it ur shaking from the lack of it. good times tho ahah

I once had a week long session, never again

Try a glass of milk before you go out, it sometimes works and a pint of water before you go to bed helps too.

Oh, and stick to one drink, mixing your drinks will give you a hangover.

Im a bit scared - it is rather a lot of drinking!

8 hours on Thursday
6 hours on Friday
6 hours on Sat
Sunday I think I'm going to miss

20 Hours in total.

The plan is to drink slowly and take my time. Staying as far away from spirits as possible (as shots). I'll drink plenty of water during the day and before bed, take Berocca tablets before and after boozing.

Don't get a burger or kebab/pizza etc at the end of the night either. They're all full of salt and will dehydrate you.

Ok so works night out on Thursday was a sucess. Started drinking about 2pm, got home the following day at 11am! Thats pretty good going by my standard.

Was totally monkey'd but woke up with no hangover. A bit fuzzy and tired but otherwise ok.

Aberdeen was last night. 2 for 1 on Voddy Red Bull and I'm suffering from the shakes at the moment. Had a slight hangover but was banging away at the Vodka which always makes me feel shitty.

My birthday night out tonight, not sure how this is going to go. Im totally spannered and tired. Think I'll drink lager only tonight but got the feeling that I'll be given lots of shots to drink.

ure just a big pussy really! im off for second night and will be doin tomorrow all day as well!
at leeds festival this year i started drinkin at thursday lunchtime, and didnt stop till about 6am monday, literally didnt stop! only slept about 2 or 3 hours a time as well
