He means make people pay a little before the event. that way they'll all actually turn up.

Maybe have a refundable deposite

more people we get to phone up and book, the cheaper it is

Spoke to locals again.

If you get 10 cars, 1 goes for free type thing, but obviously would need to be pre booked......

If everyones calling themselves and booking, then you wont get the discount.

JR has never invited me for tea and biscuits and I used to live all of 1km away max (but had to go through some dirty woods ).

insurance your normal insurance probly wont cover you but you can get specific track day insureance i think.

Dont bother having a lesson just go for it take it slow then go

Muppet - dont you have a normal down pipe to do away with the screamer.... assuming thats where most of the noise comes from?!
