I sold my mk2 24v 4motion, but with 1.6TD engine and syncrož

So 24V V6 engine and gearbox stays at home
I found another 24V from Seat Leon with same gearbox
The I buy Lupo 1.0 and started project B)

Cleaned engine bay

Trial fitted 24v

Chasiss legs are little too close, but I will fix that with angle grinder and little welding
This...

... go here

Some today pics
Now I understand why I know for only one (dubsport) Lupo with VR6 conversion-engine bay is too small

So I cut some metal from chasiss legs to make enough space for 24V

I will make reinforcements from end of chasiss legs to top of strut towers

Left (gearbox mount) is welded, and engine is in perfect centre, tomorrow I will weld right mount

I must cut some metal under the bonnet B)

One dirty

Some pics...
All mounts are welded

Cannot close the hood

thanks!

Engine can't sit more back because I have 6 speed gearbox. I already cut some pieces of subframe because gearbox is hitting it

Some today pics. Angle grinder is my third hand

Lower engine support

New holes for passat VR6 lower ball joint

Removed side strips , temporary wheels and lowered font end

7x16 mk3 golf Gti Jubi BBS wheels

More to come as and when the guy updates it.

MENTAL is thw word.
