chrisboom - the pump isnt working at all, fuse it ok and so if the relay. im thinking dodgy wire or switch.

tom - which bits do u weld up?

weld the primary pipes together further up, they are already done lower down but i found mine was really tinny took me ages to find out why

heat wrapping helped on mine too

This car is awesome Heard it come rocketing up his road (well thats the only word for it :lol
Will be good to see/hear it when it's run in!!
p.s. I may have a washer pump around if you need it?

sripower - tbh i think the next vid will be of it on the rollin road at jamsport when its being mapped. either that or the sound of the new 2.5" system when its fitted next week

chris - i wouldnt wrap it just for looks. it just makes a difference in performance

not really been much more progress. just been clocking up the miles abit more. now done just over 600miles and its had its 1st oil change. ive started letting the revs climb abit higher but not with harsh acceleration

started to wrap my exhaust manifold today after work. ive used a 15ft roll and only done one primary lol. 3more rolls needed

by the time you have paid for enough decent heatwrap for an SBD manifold you could have change from getting it fully ceramic coated, inside and out!

better than heatwrap as well. especially on a mild steel manifold.
