Bloody tin openers that butcher the can when you try to open a tin

Im trying to get some burgers cos im a bit hungry and cant open the tin now

how do ya cook them? I usually grill burgers but i'm pretty sure you cant with them coz the gravy might fall through the grill! Tbh they sound rank.
