Went to see Jimmy Carr last night, the guy is a genius!! it was at the the hammersmith apollo, was anyone else there or has anyone seen him before!!

i think hes very funny on somethings, but his stand up dvd was piss poor,
was just like he got a joke book and just read from it for 2 hours, very boaring

his DVD was poor? They have all been great, funniest stand up DVD's Ive seen.

Saw him about a month or so ago in Southport, was excellent. Especially when he had a go at my mate as was laughing too loud

It's a different sort of comedy. He makes you work a little bit harder for the jokes but the guys a very witty bloke. Some real gems like putting a question mark on the end of the "You are here?" on a tourist information board. So simple but so funny.

Yep went to see him in Manchester, thought he was brilliant. Very quick and witty.

He comes from Slough. Probably the only good thing to come out of this shithole. That and Mars bars, and The Office.

TBH The Office didnt even come out of Slough, it was just a fictional office based there...probably wasnt even filmed there

Some bits in the intro were filmed there, like Brunel Bus Station, and a building on the Slough Trading Estate, but yes probably not actually filmed in Slough!
