As per title really!

Im currently using sophos but under the impression that AVG is better?

Which one uses the least system resources?

the most recent version of AVG is a bit of a resource hog TBH, almost as bad as norton

we just rolled out 7.5 to all machines at work. i dont have any complaints so far

run avg here and the AVG components use about 2mb of mem in all - far from resource hogging

never used sophos, but avg is pretty small - not the best mind you, but free

I use BitDefender Professional, works a treat and doesn't hog my system.
