Those scooters are dangerous, there was some old woman in Tesco on Sunday when I was there & I swear she was running into people on purpose

I think it's fake. It's been photoshopped to help stop old ladies driving madly down the pavement and can show what happens when one exceeds 10mph. It wouldn't have happened if she hadn't have nicked her Sister's mobility2000 - rich sisters for you! She obviously couldn't handle it.

There's a debate going on round our area whether to make them have a test of some sort before being allowed to drive them through town etc as quite a few people have been hit with them when the old bats arent paying attention and think everyone should move for them
