I know there is a difference but i can seem to see what it is???

I think its that one says VAUXHALL(c16xe) and one says ECOTEC(x16xe)
Not sure if there are any other differances or if I'm 100% right....

oh sorry i meant the rocker cover not the engine cover!

the x16xe one has an extra tiny breather pipe right on the top of the raised section. Its hard to describe without a pic which i dont have.

Other then that as far as i can see its the same, the gaskets for them have different part numbers but fit both and the rocker covers are interchangeable so they cant be that different.

they is defo a difference check the pics if you can make it out

x16xe here has extra breather



c16xe here doesnt

its been cut off...you can see the plug they used...if u notice on the 2nd pic, theres no lugs for a plastic engine cover either

mine is a c16xe and it has that breather!

that one in the nova has been dremel'd about a bit.

I think they're 100% identical.
