They sound lovely.

My old man had one in a deep metallic red, full cream leather. that was a 2.5 V6, awesome machine

not awd - thats just the estate
they're a good all round car; dont expect performance miracles but they are good none the less and they're so comfy inside that you don't really want to thrash them (too much/too often)

I travelled down to Southampton and back in it with 3 other people and loads of lugage and we were comfy all the way

Not really, its the same to drive, looks like a Mondeo trying to be a Jag (IMO) and hasn't really got anything going for it over the Mondeo.

Mondeo is cheaper, by a big margin, so if you bought the Jag, you'd be asking yourself why you didnt save a few k, every day, I reckon.

My Uncle used to have one when they 1st came out. It was a nice car. And was good at wafting... bit cramped and feel cocooned inside but all jags are like that.

Robin you dont quite get it. Mondeo is not a nice looking car.

Jag is.

If i wanted a mondeo then id buy a 1.6

the V6 mondeo is more expensive to insure than the jag.
