im spost to be estimating the costs of cladding projects, got half way through a 400k project and i really cant be bothered now, so cs it is for the afternoon, ow and i may go and drop the kids off at the pool

If any of you remember my Pipex troubles, i had a reply from them today stating how much i owed (after 3 months of asking, and being told i owed any figure in between £5 and £121)

I sent them a reply, and i got one of those automated reponse emails saying they will reply within 7 days so i sent this

'Your response time is 7 working days?

Then why has it taken you a month to reply to my last email? Your automated response it inaccurate.

and FYI - its taken you 3 months just to tell me how much i owe on my account. Are you employing barely literal chimps? Or perhaps some form of genetically modified manatees, or even an army of oompah loompahs from Willy Wonkas chocolate factory?

My bet is on the chimps, judging the the responses I've had from your band of banana fuelled monkeys.'

i think the only way to deal with it now is to just take the piss.
