My mate is after some 'cheap' slicks for his Audi TT....He lives in Leeds, so if anyone knows of a 'cheap-ish' supplier for the occasional track weekend, if you could let me know, that'd be great! Cheers in advance!

slicks or cut slicks

I have 048r's for the corsa... good
I have A005's for the skyline.... not tested yet, but full slicks

neither can be found cheapo.

Try ebay for used/part worn slicks! You see 17" come up quite a bit

Cool, cheers. His dad's a dentist, so I'm sure he wouldnt mind 'helping' him out with cash. I think when he said 'cheap' he meant more for fun than for serious track use......any suppliers in Yorkshire? Leeds area would be good!

048R's

When peak performance is called for the A048R delivers. Equal contact pressure under various conditions with a good contact patch allows the A048R to give superior controllability when challenging the limits on both dry and wet surfaces.

Road legal cut slicks I'd imagine. He'd only want them on the car to drive to a track, use it, drive it home, then whack normal road tyres on!
