parked up stationary , car spluttered and engine stopped, re started eventually and tryed to drive - not much power and sounded rough. oil n water levels fine etc but the main part is after traveling a mile at 20 mph the whole exhaust was glowing red  any ideas what this could be please . thanx in advance

first symptoms sounded abit like a failure with the EGR valve (which i think you have) but the glowing exhaust is a mystery. just to say i actually know very little, just sounds alittle similar to when mine went
