right when i signed up for my new mobile contract in march i was asked if i wanted insurance, which i said no to. i noticed at the end of september that i'd been charged for insurance every month since i got the contract!
i went in and told them they said it was fine and id be gettin it back in the form of a cheque, well i havent recieved the cheque and have also just checked and have been charged another 2 times
im goin in today but what can i say? is there anythin i can threaten them with to make sure they know im serious and i want my money back?

 i dont wanna get arrested, i want my money back! its not a lot, only £50 but its the principal

tell them to write a confirmation letter about the money they owe you. and get there names, ask them to send a up to date cheque and make sure you are not charged another time for insurance, phone the customer services up about it and complain aswell and give them names and say they written me a letter or what ever, just cause hell for them and get all sorts off them, robbin bastards

ive cancelled the direct debit now so theyre not havin any more off me
was just thinkin if i could go in and say give me my money or im gonna report u to trading standards or somethin

nah well the thing is ive been in once and been through it all, and ive had no cheque and its still been taken out of my account! is there nothin i can say to "scare" them into actually sortin it out this time?
