Tell the police. they will get the car towed away unless ins parked on private propperty. Not sure on a reward

just apply for the v5, if no1 replies to the letter the dvla send out in 2weeks then the v5 is sent to you,

change the locks/ignition barrel and whatever else is neccesary and its yours

Why bother reporting someone if there stupid enough to do it they'll get caught surely you have better things to do with your life?

With all the new ANPR equipment, as soon as he drives past a Police car it'll light up like a christmas tree and he'll be done for it.

If that fails, the DVLA computer you see so much of on the adverts will flag his car up.

well done mate i hate the fact that i have to pay 110 quid to run my car for a year and these scrotes dont bother, dont see how they get away with it these days though

anno it does my head in too, my brother was working away and we didnt know his car needed tax, it was run out by 1 month and they sent a tow truck out for it but couldnt get at it so left it, when they went we moved it into a garage and he got taken to court over it, out of 87 people he was the only person to turn up so he got let off lightly!
