I Bought a curry from my local burger bar today well its curry chips and rice i got it around 1pm if i heat it up about 10ish in the microwave will i get the shits?

for example, I will always have the shits if I eat a Madras. If I have a Bhuna the I won't as it's not as hot and slightly less runny.

The rice is a no go area, i'm sure i heard that it grows bacteria if left after being cooked this true or not

Not all microwave food is frozen. Trust me on this one. You can re-heat chicken once, you can re-heat most things once in fact.

Personally, I wouldn't risk it for the sake of a couple of quid.

Just this lunchtime in fact I went to Victoria St and bought myself a nice bag of chips and a sausage in batter I made my way to St James park to eat said food and a squirrel tried to take a chip off me.
