I think they're alright tbh, they recorded their album before ever playing live which takes some guts imo.

I have seen them live and honestly i can say they are one of the best bands ive ever seen live.
Covered smashing pumpkins and radiohead which takes guts, and their onstage show was simply the best ive EVEr seen, and ive seen alot.

its for people with a swipe of hair over their face.
i can appreciate people listening to it, just sounds like a song out of a musical or something...so over reacted singing n stuff.

Can 2nd this.
Also seen MCR live and they were amazing too.
Wasn't impressed by Fall out boy though who were more concerned with how high they could jump witha guitar strapped to their back.

im a musician mate, playing gigs every weekend.
i can appreciate good music, all im saying is this doesnt appeal to me.
im into a vast amount of music, as i did a sound engineering course for 3 years.
would be wrong for me to say my favourite bands, as im into so many different things. favourite artist of the moment is Richard Ashcroft though. his new album is fantastic.
but love beatles, stones, who, all through the decades. only stuff i dont like is EMO and 80's stuff.

i think you will find des'ree as the owner of worst line in music history.
Music is interpretation unless its sunningly awfull. For a modern band to have a chellist and a pianist as well as someone on hand drums on the stage at the same time is pretty special if you ask me.
If you want to talk opinions then richard ashcrofts last single (i think) sounded like robbie williams. Bland.

emo's been around in ages. thought it had all passed.
its not getting thrown around by the people, its getting thrown around by the bands. its the bands who are calling themselves emo. im not gonna argue with them am i?
end of the day who gives a shoot

Emo originated in the 80's, didnt really get to popular until a few years ago, the whole emo bandwagon thing isnt as popular as it was a few years ago, thats when it became main stream when taking back sunday released there second album it has died down now quite a lot as the "indie" scene is the in thing at the moment.
panic have quite a few good songs, and mcr's latest album is a disappointment there first 2 were a lot better.
But yes mcr are amazing live, although the vandals have been the best band ive seen lol he got his nob out and started swinging from the rafters like a monkey....how can you beat that.
And yes emo gets through around to much, mcr and panic are not actually emo if you want to get into it, not that i care about labels to much lol.
