alright all, i have spent the last month lookin for a mint clio rt everywhere, have found a few but have been sold before i could pick them up

Basically looking for a 3 door, with below 80,000 miles on it, electric windows etc etc. not fussed about the colour either really. Just really want one now, as i have a buyer for my car.

The budget is around £800

Anything would be a great help.

Thanks Dan

that one above sold so quickly because it was so cheap!

My housemate had one exactly the same, it got written off in March when somebody ran into the back of him.

The insurance company gave him £1150 for it, and the spec is the same, even the miles!

rsi's are crap too!!! considering insurance cost you may aswell buy the 16valver!!

I'm trying to remember but isn't there a LTD edition 1.4 clio which is better than the RT??? Still cheap on insurance though??? My mate was gonna get one but i can't remeber for the life of me what it was!!!!

Seem intent in getting a clio, can i ask why?? Not rudely but isn't a corsa 1.4 sport a much newer/better looking car? Interiors in the clio are very dated now.

If you look at Fiestas (a Ghia will get you full electrics, Zetec won't) make sure it has a decent service history and they check the oil regularly. The Zetec engines (the 1.25's, 1.4's and 1.6's) have a tendency to use a lot of oil then break, as my girlfriend found out.

still got to be around the £800 mark though m8, i am preparred to travel around 120miles for it as well if its a minter.

I dont know what it is about the RT's but thye have grown on me, probably because a Corsa Sport is out of my price range for a good nik one

o and by the way this is what i am currently driving. . .

1996 Corsa LS 1.2
about 55000 miles on it tidy all round no rust etc. but just need a change.
