I woke up at 5am on Sunday to a scrapping sound, it sounded like a set of ladders being extended at first, then I heard what sounded like a jack being moved about. I looked outside and couldn't see anything, then I noticed a lad crouched between my Mum and Dads cars. I got dressed and ran down stairs and outside and he'd gone but a Corsa was turning around and drove off. They had been trying to remove the centre caps to his Golf and had damged them. I phoned the Police and gave them the details. They told me to stay up until they got there. My Dad and I then went for a drive around but couldn't see the car. Got back and the Police were there, it was 6am by this point, I'm surprised they got there so quick, probably bored! I gave a statement which took up 6 sides of A4  He even asked me my height  I gave a good description of the car but I'm not holding my breath. Cheeky buggers though

That was quick for the coppers Took them 5 1/2 hours to come out to take a statement after I was attacked, had to sit there, knackered, not allowed to have a shower til they arrived.
