I played football 2 weeks ago....went in goal, saved a shot, but it was so powerful, it broke my finger.

a part of the nuckle completley cracked off, and the lower part of my finger is not sitting right in the joint.

also the bit that cracked off is embedded on in my finger on the palm side of my hand, resulting in me not being able to make a fist, or manouver my finger.

it's very painful. an operation is needed to sort the problem out. im scared has anyone else had similar injuries?

guess which finger is broken

I broke the knuckle of my little finger on my right hand punching a punchback, didn't need surgery but was in a cast for three weeks then in a splint for another 4.
