still no welder, doing loads of other cars at the moment so havent got time at mo anyway. hopefully get back on it next weekend though, got some more bits for it from work though which are very original, im getting excited again, wanna have it done for PVS

That bit doesn't flex if you cut the roof off. It flexes at the pillars. The floor pan is solid, plus the rear beam is a fucking huge great bit of steel as are the chassis legs.

Tried to plug a 180 amp into a 60 amp outlet. No welding happened.

I re-sprayed part of it. Matt painted the wheels too. We decided to do the tyres aswell because we thought it would look cool. Oh, fired the new engine up too
