definately does look impressive as does the work area around it. my work theres clamps, rubbish parts tools all around every bloody job, nitemare

got the front on last week
just need to finish the fire wall and its all solid
very pleased with it as it has gone on perfectly straight due to measuring measuring lineing up measuring some more, welding then more measuring, looks good though, got astra power steering on it aswell now, had to make steering collumn from astra and corsa parts but works like factory.

tbh i just cant see the logic behind putting the different front end on,

yes you can mount your engine using the original mounts, more room in bay etc.

dont know why the suspension setup is so much better in the astra than the corsa?

surely the conversion is gonna be more awkward where gear linkages are concerned etc??

as for fitting the wings and lights etc, would have been alot handier with a corsa front??

Yeah just read that lol, just read the whole thread in reverse lol. I still expect it to be 4wd. What about a v6 4wd? V6 should be easier with the front end been astra?

engine is a 2.0 8v that came in the astra unless thAT beens changed
