Hi My friend has a 1.4 Corsa Sri M reg, and it ticks over Alright although a little bit loud but when he tries to set off it wont move before 3K RPM and even when it does set off it has no power and just limps about.
Any Suggestions?

sounds like wot is wrong with my car but i cant fix mine do test and put new parts on. wot have u do if anything

The drive shaft could have popped out partially
Can he rev freely but just not move ?
Could also be clutch

Yea it revs fine Just the car doesnt sound right and no power he's tried replacing the Lambda sensor as that was down, And the clutch & Driveshafts are fine, Oh it idles erratically sometimes Sounds like the engine out of a tank unless you give it a few revs(only sometimes though)

p.s he also says when he puts his foot to the floor he gets nothing at all unless he gradually presses the accelerator, if that makes sense?

how did he check the clutch & Driveshafts was fine

I don't know he just e-mail'd me saying they were fine,
