You can make your own with expanding foam and fibreglass. I threw mine in the bin. But the ones you buy are also crap too.

i bought mine from CCM and is brilliant quality

I wanted a smooooooth scuttle, lol
In the smmer it is fine, but in the winter i put on my wipers, with a scuttle painted the same as my car

Dont know how much they cost on their own, i spent 2.5k on a respray and all the work so i asked them nicely to make them for me and they did. I provided the foam fill, lol.

eel, please just talk properly in your posts, dont use sms talk its annoying to read say to not 2 and for not 4 its much easier to read plain english.

in response to your question though I bought a smooth scuttle from ebay and it was REALLY crap but managed to make it fit okay with a bit of fibreglassing and fiddling,
