im currently working in a shop as manager and on 7/10/2006 at 17.18 a lady(customer) slipped on wot she said was "yoghurt" she never fell to the floor because i have cctv footage of her shes claiming damages and loss of monies because she couldnt attend work but on the accident book (a97 form) she put on that she was a housewife so she cant claim that unless she actually works just wondering about that damages because she said that she slipped on "yoghurt" but the yoghurt was in a different part on the shop to which we sell it. i reckon shes gunna try to pull a fast one was just wondering if she was a claim or not. she phoned head office in scotland and the sent her £10 in vouchers apparently she is fumming and that why she is going further to try and teach us a leason in customer service any help we be nice

Compile everything together and keep the cctv footage safe. Not much you can do until you hear from her representatives, thats if she is taking it further.

couldnt really see when the yoghurt was left on the floor as cctv footage is inconclusive must of been dropped by a customer yeh we have legal represtantives
