Ordered a book off the site 2 weeks ago today, said 1/2 business days for delivery - still not here

Looked on the site & I can't see anywhere to file a complaint

Am I being blind or is there really not a way to it?

Could someone have a quicki look for me please?

go to your account, there should be something like order status and contact seller.

I have ordered things from them before that haven't arrived, contacted them and they send replacements that do arrive - they don't tend to send by recorded/special delivery so they can go in the postmans pocket pretty easily.... :S

i had to wait three months for somethin to turn up once! i had given up on it. that werent from amazon direct though, was a private seller
