Right, we need to finalise a location for the meet on the 3rd of December

We have 2 options -

Leicester Forest East services
Somewhere in Loughborough (which we will decide if this wins)

For all of you lot who may think it's too far, remember that we will be alternating locations, to make the travelling fair for everyone.

This meet, being the first we've had for a while, we thought would be better in a central locations, and if you take a look in the topped thread, these 2 locations are pretty central.

We'd appreciate you coming, even if it is a bit further than you'd like, then the next meet can be closer to home for you

I'm happy with either, LFE is on the motorway so very easy to find and i know loughborough is on the motorway or at least just off but it prevents confusion.

happy either way too, tbh the central location is good and i dont mind driving tbh as thats what owning a car is all about.

the leicester forest services seems easy to find as its on a motorway

never been loughborough so cant comment

id go for loughborough, seeing as LFE isn't my idea of central really almost twice as far from lincoln as it is from northampton

Ok, we have a Harvester literally 2 minutes off the Motorway (J23) you can't miss it

We've also got a Toby Carvery a little bit further into town, it's two rights on roundabouts after J23, again food and car parking.

Local Live

Going to have a look for some other places, there's obviously loads of Car Parks but we want food as well no?

I think food might be a struggle this close to christmas. We'd have to pre book, then run the risk of letting people down

any news on this peeps? I have been on first aidering course at work so a bit out of the location update seems pretty close and we really need to finalise a location rather than messing people in the region around
