Never happened to me before, but I actually felt a little bit ill when I went to see this earlier on today, I was a bit shocked really
Other than that it was a semi-acceptable film with an acceptable plot. Suffered from dumbing down like the rest though...

It was really sick at the beginning, they spent a lot of cash on it making it really gross

Sicker than the first 2?
Sicker than Hostel (which wasn't that bad)?

It's sicker than Hostel, but Hostel is a much much much better film. Saw is just an example of another big budget movie. Worth going to see though. It's worse that the firs two yes, though it refers back to them quite a bit and has a few twists in it which are not too bad...

I felt exactly the same, it made my stomach turn for the first time ina film.
Especially when he has chains attached to him, the one through his jaw
Then the foot smashing, the rest was ok.

yup made me feel ill aswell, and ive seen some pretty awful stuff floating about on the net aswell also the sound of bones snapping in a cinema aswell is pretty bad aswell, the amount of people who flinched and hid when that happened!
so far 5 people have needed paramedics after fainting from it, 1 of them had to be taken in the ambulance for hospital treatment aswell

Don't read if you don't want to know how people die...
Must admit, I did whince a few times during the film. Especially the foot bit at the beginning and the bloke who was being twisted (when you saw the bone snap out of his leg).
And then the doctor at the end with half a face

The bone greaking was nasty, especially as it reminded me of when I saw somone break their arm and the bone was sticking through his skin.

yep, gotta be a fourth.
I reckon the judge will carry it on even though you see him get blown away by the shotgun, his face was still intact

But actually making anything like that ever happen would require a degree in chemistry, engineering, biology, chemical engineering, a shit load of money and a really fucked up mind...

so because of that you're not watching the film?
How is that going to change whether or not you're abducted in the middle of the night by someone with a pig mask on?
