Well Yeah!!! I was comparing it to the practicality of the TVR!

They arent that bad surely? Nice boot, 4 seats, comfy, quiet when cruising? Or am I wrong?

they are so relaxed and torquey, you can sit at 80-90mph barely ticking over

seriously steve, who cares about fuel prices. those who are into cars because of the performance, fuel economy shouldnt be so much of an issue. and they really arent that bad. easy to get 25mpg using those seriously fat dollops of low-down torque. and when you get that pay rise you can afford to squeeze on that throttle and let the think rip your eyes out. seriously great engine

my corsa is only doing 28/29mpg at the mo, so move of job closer 2 home will make fuel economy not so much of an issue imo

my research suggests a Monaro will do 20mpg average, and an Astra VXR 24mpg average
