Corsa-sized hole

Front Garden

Living Room

Conservatory(attached to living room)

Back Garden

Small Bedroom

Bedroom 2

Bedroom 1

Big bathroom(apparently! everyone who's been in there has commented on the size!!)

View onto back garden from bedroom 1 - Conservatory needs a clean then!

View over Maidstone to the North Downs from bedroom 1

View from bedroom 2, dont have to wander far for a kickabout then!

I'm now in the process of getting it all how I want it. Ordered some new wardrobes and looked at sofa's in DFS lastnight as the ones I've adopted from my dads now empty house are green. Not my colour! Needs a lick of paint but nothing major and a kitchen wall knocking down to make room for a pool/dining table!

Overall - I'm very happy with it and I only have a 4minute journey to work.

Ash - yes I had problems with the front door(there's a knack(sp) to it). I pulled it shut by putting my hand through the letterbox and snapped off the inside flap

Well done and congrats for buying, its a very nice feeling

So what are your plans? I like the laminate in bed 3 - will that be your office?

Theres a big sale on with Allied Carpets atm, are u gunna recarpet upstairs or laminate?

Living on your own has its advantages, i have a 3 bed as well Corb and i really love the space. Im glad i didnt get a flat

Bathroom is a good size, are u gunna replace suite? Deco isnt too bad mind, just needs repainting!

Like the conservatory, id use that as a dining area

ps pics of kitchen

Definately. I'm gonna have a 'gathering'at some point, I'll let you know when, but you can come round whenever tbh!!

Ally, 3rd bed will be spare room with single bed and my 2nd chest of drawers!

Carpets, I have a friend of a friend who can sort that for me. Mate is getting his whole 4bedroom house done, with underlay and decent quality carpet for £1000.

Bathroom is horrible colour but very well fitted and functional, so I'm not gonna mess with that for a while. 'If it's not broken, dont fix it' kinda thing! Dining area will be far end of lounge, next to the conservatory, but the wall on the left, can just about see it(with radiator on it) will come down I think and have a breakfast bar type thing so I can have the pool/dining table space. Only thing that bothers me about that is the smell spreading around the house from cooking

This is the sofa I want, get a further 15% off cos sis. works there, and still get 0% for 4years, wont even notice that £20 a month going out!

Oh yeah, pics of kitchen, worktops are very dated, and its not 'pretty' but again, well fitted etc. But when I re-do that, I'm gonna get either solid marble or granite worktops with a silver/black colour scheme.
