The email

Hi
I am interested in the 'race mode' mod. Do you want some free advertising on a few clubs / websites that have over 20k members. I have organised a rolling road day for the 11th Of November. If you send me a kit for my car (Volvo S40 T4 ) I will fit it prior to my car going on the rollers. If there is a significant increase in BHP I will pay for the item and endorse it to all the members on websites where you could be guarenteed hundreds of sales.Email me back if you are interested and for more details on Rolling road..

He had emailed to say he is willing to do this......So will see if it gives any gains.

I have gave him the link to this forum and RR day thread....

SO will find out if there are any gains to be had...

it will probably increase performance but also you have to look into what it does for your car in the long run - it cant be good.

I can ask Ash he might do

He hasn't replied again since I got his last mail.....

I think it tricks the ECU into thinking it is colder and then pumps more fuel in???

But he states it can help fuel economy too?????

Just doing it for a test thats all..
