hey everyone, ive bought a peco exhaust to fit on my 12v (jus so it sounds a bit more sporty....and so i cant hear that annoying whistle from the engine when it passes 2500rpm )
when fitted im guessing it wont be v. loud due to the shocking 55hp engine, but will it be too loud if i remove the silencer before the back box?
advice wanted, cheers guys

dont remove your silencer mate! i have a peco backbox aswell, when i first had it fitted you could tell a slight difference in sound but not a great deal! you will find that over time it does get louder, it should give a nice deep tone not a loud raspy sound that some backboxes can give! what tailpipe is it?

ive got the twin square oval one(boxer) which sounds deeper and more refined than my old exhaust which was the big bore 4.This sounded too raspy for my liking plus made my car look like freddie mercurys chariot!
