Man, that hundred shot of NOS blew the welds on your intake

Welding aluminium is not a simple task Rob. If it was steel it would be as strong as a bridge.

should have made it from steel then

I'm sure I could TIG weld that up better than that seems to have been done.

this is the point people dont seem to get, if you see a manzel copy for £350 people say no way man thats mega money what a rip off etc etc etc! but what if its made from 4mm thick ally and properly welded etc! untill a cheap one splits the ydone see the benifits.
