i sold a w800i mobile phone on ebay a couple weeks back for £120 delivered, guy got phone, left good feedback then thought nothing of it, next day he files a dispute on paypal saying the memory card is dodgey and its not reading....

i know its working because i uploaded games and took pictures the day i sent the phone off, so ok, i gave him £15 refund which should get him a new card, IN RETURN for the faulty 1,

now i gave him my address, after 1 week i aint got anything, so i emailed him back, the reply i got was " you didnt give me your address, to*ser" now i dnt know what to do...give him my address again? but what if he comes over to mine and does something? or wait a while and block the phones IMEI to teach the idiot a lesson, please advise

if your scared about him dont block it you will enrage him further, just stick to what you have said, refund on return of old item, if hes got a problem just ignore him, good feedback has been left so youve got no worries there
