http://alcoholic.custard.org/exhaust/

not just because they rust, they will give a powerflow franchise to ANYBODY nowfor just £5k

and most powerflow franchises I visited (for research) used mig rather than tig to weld the systems. most used steel wire as well rather than stainless.

yeah had a powerflow before lol wont be doing that again , there is a good few exhaust places up here , C+C in Hillington , Motorsportworld in strathaven which is about 15 mins from me so will pop in and see either , any suggested bore ? was thinking either 2.5" or 3" , ive possibly got some Ph2 chips coming too so what would yous recomend exhaust wise ?

No smaller than 2.5" only go for 3" if you intend on upping the power by quite alot, as you may suffer with the lack of back pressure

3" is an option for big power cars such as scoobies, evos etc.. but a corsa has quite a short exhaust and is pretty straight anyway. 2.5" will be fine.

also ask whoever does the exhaust to use silencers with a 2.5" bore to match the exhaust. you would be suprised how many places use silencers with 1.75" mouth and bore through, regardless of the main pipe size

oh, one more thing

try and find a place that uses cobra boxes (and 304 stainless tubing) I went to see cobra UK recently and their boxes are far superior to any others I have seen. not too expensive either and are fully sealed rather than seamed
