4 screws/bolts hold on the throttle body , but there is one fucker that I just cannot get to as part of the throttle body blocks me from doing so.
Hopefully someone can shed some light ?

drill out the thread in the tb and put the bolt in from the back and a nut on the tb side

yep. with a proper mantzel you fit a threaded stud into the casting and drill the thread out of the TB so it slips over the stud and then put a nut on it.

erm, stud is about an inch long thread is the same as the studs the standard inlet manifold uses (the stud and nut that keeps the standard upper inlet bolted to the lower part)

will probably be an m6 stud with a 10mm nut on the end
