mine is usually just on the red before it comes on, but if u go fast round roundabouts then it comes on earlier coz the petrol goes lopsided in the fuel tank

It's to the left hand side of the guage i think, little pump lights up, mines on quite a bit

On the fuel gauge there is a small orange light in the shape of a fuel pump that will light up when the needle gets into the red zone at the bottom og the guage - or at least it does on my GSi anyway!

Only the rev counter dashes have this. The fuel symbol lights up orange.

As Ian said, it lights up when you get into the red bar of the guage. Means you have about 50 miles left on my 1.2...

The light and the readout of the guage itself dont infact match up, ive been into the red enough to see this, ive seen my guage point off the end of the red before the light itself has come on before, but i havent been out of petrol. The light comes on once there is less than a gallon in the tank (which is roughly where the red starts on the guage, but corsa guages move around too much to know exactly how much you have left..the light is always much closer).

You will know if you have a petrol light - look at the gauge when you start the car in the morning.

If no fuel light appears then, you either don't have one, or it doesn't work.

i have never had mine on dont no if it even works. never want to let it go that low incase i run out.

when i picked up my corsa, had the fuel light on (orange/red), which constantly stays on. Now, if u let that pass, it'll start flashing on/off/on/off, which means, dig deep, and get to a filling station a bit lively!

I thought only the corsa c ones flashed? Ive never had mine flahs on my corsa b and i drove about 30 miles with my petrol light on (car took 43 litres when i filled it up )
