Right boys and girls Oulton Park (Cheshire) are running their drift days again!!!

"Going sideways in style is a skill that's as rewarding as it is exciting to watch - and it’s a skill that MotorSport Vision wants you to perfect with its new Introduction to Drifting Course.

Designed to teach you the basics of oversteer and powersliding in your own rear-wheel-drive car, Introduction to Drifting will have you 'steering from the rear' before you know it and all in the safety of MSV's own purpose-built tarmac rally stages.

Run with a maximum of three cars on circuit and with expert instructors on hand to offer advice and free one-to-one in-car tuition, you'll have plenty of time and space to perfect your new found driving talents.

Introduction to Drifting does exactly what it says on the tin, so if you want to take the first few steps to becoming a seasoned sideways expert then this is the place to start. "

That sums it up pretty well TBH

Here is the link for you to book:
http://www.motorsportvision.co.uk/resources/sponsortrackday/trackdays.asp?sponsor=drift&msvcode=drifting

And here are some pictures I took on one of the previous days:
http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/garage.php?action=usergarage&owner=Doug&carid=4189&page=all

Some points to remember:
* You need a helmet
* The track really isn't very abrasive to your rubber as its wet
* Helmets can be hired from the track
* Bring your license!

Any questions feel free to ask as i have been to a couple drift days before at Oulton

P.S.
Im booked for the full day and I think Pricey is going to be aswell before too long

Obviously this applies to the few on here with RWD

But you can come and watch for free, and there is a track day on the actual Oulton track to watch aswell

ive seen this little circuit, Gets very muddy in the winter so would be very easy to flick the back out, just keeping it thier would be the hard bit. Its designed to be a smooth drift also as the corners fit toghether nicely...
