Took car to Trentons in Hull today, to have a few interior rattles/leaks sorting under warrenty.

Dropped it off in the morning, and was told it would take all day - so spent best part of 8 hours eating pizza hut and wandering around Hull.

Come back to the car at 5 o'clock, to be greeted by a 3 inch scratch on the drivers door going right through to the metal

Went inside, and the woman behind the counter said that they couldnt fix the rattles because of aftermarket suspension, I then informed her about the scratch. She said that they couldnt possibly have done it - so I asked to see a manager.

Manager inspected the car, confirmed it was a fresh scratch - so agreed to have it fixed by their body shop

Drove home, and it turns out they did fix the rattles - probably as a good will gesture after ploughing the door with a tool trolley

Gotta book it in for resprayed door tomorrow. any guesses of what shitty colour match they'll spray it with?

Gotta take it MYSELF to the bodyshop tomorrow, then they will decide how long it will take etc, book me in - and THEN i get a courtesy car.
