The MLB World Series is hotting up, Tigers V's Cardinals in the current series.

The Tigers pitcher Rogers was spotted with brown stuff on the ball of his thumb, He says it was dirt from a wet ball and the dust off the ground. Apparently pitchers have been know to illegally use pine sap because they can gain spin on the change-up.

Rogers says its innocent but its not the first time its been seen on him. A few earlier games have also shown up traces of the same stuff on his hand.

Could throw the World Series and the Tigers reputation into jepardy - regardless, he had an amazing game and the Cardinals barely touched 1 ball thrown.

Once when i was about 12-13 a lad took a load of us watching 'manchester storm' ice hockey........ play some other bunch of ice skaters....... had to be worst sporting event i have ever been to......... was shite.... big time!

Watched the rounders couple week ago when i was up late........... spent 20 minutes watching one bloke (the bowler) throw the ball at 90mph to the bloke who fathered he was having a shit continually for the entire 20 mins........... while another bloke swung his bat at it missing nearly every bloody time.............. wasn't even entertaining when he did hit it.

watched that silly american football match last nite.............. ermmm.... well nothing really happened for agesssss they'd throw the ball then get tackled.......... then their would be a ten minute break........ then they'd do it again before taking another 10 minute break........... then kick it over the posts and celebrate like a right bucnh of tools.......... they wer also wearing bouncy castles..... and motorcycle crash helmets with cages around them........ thus meaning nobody actually ever made contact or felt pain throughout the game.

Bastketball- i liked space jam.

I used to hate beer when I tasted it as a kid, I doubt the taste of beer has changed at all since I first tried it yet I stuck with it and now can't get enough of the stuff.

You just gotta give things a chance, and not just 20 mins, that barely covers half an inning.
